Our experienced event organisers manage every step of the event or conference – from sourcing topics and recruiting speakers and guests to securing advertising and sponsorship.
The Intermedia Group has two event divisions – Intermedia Events & Interpoint Events – as well as in-house production services (Vision Services Management).
Intermedia Events manage two major annual awards nights: HM Awards and the Australian Liquor Industry Awards.
Interpoint Events was launched in 2004 and delivers the final piece of a 360 degree marketing concept for Intermedia. Interpoint specialises in exhibitions & conferences and organises events in diverse markets such as pools & spas, cleaning, supply chain & logistics, corporate health, assistive technologies and hotel management. Interpoint also holds events for a number of different industry bodies including the Green Building Council of Australia, Cleaning Council of New Zealand and the Assistive Technologies Suppliers Association.
In 2011 Interpoint was awarded winner of the Best Australian Show by the Exhibition & Event Association of Australasia.
Interpoint organises events in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and the USA.
Vision Services and Management (VSM) is an award winning company that produces and directs live and pre-recorded presentations for special event programs such as conferences, seminars, road shows, gala dinners, award ceremonies; as well as providing film, video production, and satellite transmission services to clients. From the pre-production to the final client production de-brief, VSM draws on the talent, dedication and creative brilliance of absolute industry professionals. Together, with the client, we create an event that is both inspired and inspiring, for audiences and clients who know the difference between the best and the rest

ATSNZ Disability Expo
When: Tue 16 – Wed 17 March 2021
Where: Vodafone Events Centre – Auckland – NZ
Supporting inclusion and independence with New Zealand’s foremost exhibition of aids, equipment & allied services. On display will be the latest in aids, equipment and assistive technology, as well as options for mobility, services and lifestyles. The exhibition is a unique opportunity for clinical specialists to touch, learn and interact with the latest technology from a wide range of disability equipment providers and meet with suppliers. The event is open to all allied health professionals as well as visitors of all ages, including those with a disability, seniors and their families, friends and carers.
C&I Expo

C&I is heading back to Melbourne in 2020, visitors will be treated to an impressive line-up of exceptional presentations at the C&I Industry Symposium and will experience first-hand the latest in convenience products, services and merchandising at the expo.

Universal Design Conference

The Centre for Universal Design Australia will bring the 4th Australian Universal Design Conference to Melbourne for the first time. After the success of previous conferences the theme in 2021 is, “Thriving with Universal Design: Everyone, Everywhere, Everyday”. The theme provides opportunity for anyone working with or researching universal design and inclusive practice to contribute to this growing body of work. This conference comes with a promise to broaden delegates’ thinking about the many ways universal design can be utilised and applied. Delegates will also have the opportunity to visit the ATSA Independent Living Expo alongside the conference.

The 2021 ATSA Independent Living Expos will be Australia’s largest display of assistive technologies and are set to feature more than 200 exhibitors displaying a wide range of products and services in assistive technology, mobility solutions, pressure care, employment support, accessible recreation/holiday ideas, modified motor vehicles and a lot more. The ATSA Independent Living Expos are open to visitors of all ages, including those with a disability, seniors and their families, friends and carers and include comprehensive seminars free to attend.

National Sports & Physical Activity Convention

The National Sports Convention brings together Australia’s and New Zealand’s sport, government and education sectors to explore how as an industry we can encourage more people to be active.
The 2021 National Sports Convention is being developed with the largest group of collaborators ever, currently over 40 industry peak bodies for sport, education, recreation, play and government have agreed to collectively create NSC 2021.
Featuring global, national and local speakers; community sport and recreation peak body collaborators; many conferences, symposiums, masterclasses, and industry tours; amazing networking opportunities; sport and recreation expo; industry awards altogether in a single venue over three days.
