Our experienced event organisers manage every step of the event or conference – from sourcing topics and recruiting speakers and guests to securing advertising and sponsorship.

The Intermedia Group has two event divisions - Intermedia Events & Interpoint Events - as well as in-house production services (Vision Services Management).

Intermedia Events manage two major annual awards nights: HM Awards and the Australian Liquor Industry Awards.

Interpoint Events was launched in 2004 and delivers the final piece of a 360 degree marketing concept for Intermedia. Interpoint specialises in exhibitions & conferences and organises events in diverse markets such as pools & spas, cleaning, supply chain & logistics, corporate health, assistive technologies and hotel management. Interpoint also holds events for a number of different industry bodies including the Green Building Council of Australia, Cleaning Council of New Zealand and the Assistive Technologies Suppliers Association.

In 2011 Interpoint was awarded winner of the Best Australian Show by the Exhibition & Event Association of Australasia.

Interpoint organises events in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and the USA.

Vision Services and Management (VSM) is an award winning company that produces and directs live and pre-recorded presentations for special event programs such as conferences, seminars, road shows, gala dinners, award ceremonies; as well as providing film, video production, and satellite transmission services to clients. From the pre-production to the final client production de-brief, VSM draws on the talent, dedication and creative brilliance of absolute industry professionals. The Locate Conference (Locate17) is the national conference of the spatial and surveying industries of Australia and New Zealand. The event is an initiative of the Surveying & Spatial Sciences Institute (SSSI), Spatial Industries Business Association (SIBA) and Geospatial Information & Technology Association (GITA).

The bringing together of ISDE10 in Sydney 2017 with Australia’s premier spatial conference, Locate 17, will provide both local and international guests with an unprecedented opportunity to learn about the latest trends and applications of the Digital Earth as well as forging new connections with subject matter experts from Australia and across the globe.

For the first time ever, the Australasian Association of Convenience Stores’ Gala Awards Dinner and the Convenience & Impulse Convention & Expo will be held side by side. This will be the biggest and most significant national event ever staged by the Australian convenience store industry. The retailer audience consists of the major convenience store chains plus owners and operators of convenience stores, service stations, corner stores, community stores, newsagents, mini marts and foodservice stores that have a convenience offer. The Hotel Management Awards presented by Sealy Posturepedic is the leading annual awards night for the hospitality and accommodation industries.  At the 2015 HM Awards a total of 67 gongs were handed out on the night, Hall of Fame inductees were aviation and tourism industry legends Geoff Dixon and Brett Godfrey and over $38,000 was raised for the Connie Johnson Fellowship in Breast Cancer Research at the Garvan Institute of Medical Research. Entries for the 2017 HM Awards are open to people who work in the hotel industry in Australia, New Zealand and the South Pacific.

Over 600 people representing over 120 companies gathered for the evening, which started with pre-drinks sponsored by Coopers. The next ALIA will take place in October 2017.
